Employee Benefits Account Executive - Hybrid

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package. Work Arrangement: Onsite to start, with the potential for a hybrid schedule (1-2 days remote per week) after training. Travel: Occasional travel required, approximately once every other month for open enrollment meetings or client visits. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 15 self-funded accounts, with group sizes ranging from 50 to 2,000 lives. Provide consultative support to clients, including compliance guidance, claims resolution, and assistance with RFPs. Coordinate and lead enrollment meetings, implementation processes, and client onboarding. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Quote and manage new and renewal business opportunities. Utilize Employee Navigator software to manage client accounts and streamline processes. Travel as needed for client visits and open enrollment meetings. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits, preferably in an agency or employer setting. Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to improving processes. Language: Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Employee Navigator or similar software is preferred.
