Through our true operational leverage, dedicated transaction management, advanced CRM automations, and tactical 1-on-1 coaching, you will focus 100% of your time on client engagement, negotiations, and high-value dealmaking.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do

• High-Value Client Engagement: Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, property showings, and open houses across the Greater Richmond area.
• Negotiation & Dealmaking: Structure and negotiate winning purchase offers and listing contracts with precision.
• Lead Generation & Pipeline Nurture: Utilize our multi-channel lead flow, smart CRM automations, and speed-to-lead systems to convert prospects into lifelong clients.
• Active Team Masterminding: Participate in weekly pipeline check-ins, skill-sharpening roleplays, and collaborative growth sessions.
• Embrace Full Leverage: Hand off contract-to-close paperwork, listing launch tasks, and media creation to our full-service administrative operations team.

Qualifications
Who You Are

• Experienced Practitioner: You hold an active Virginia real estate license and have a proven track record of closing 8-20 transactions annually.
• Driven to Scale: You are ready to break through your current production ceiling to earn $125,000-$225,000+ per year.
• Client-Centric & Growth-Minded: You value high-integrity client care and long-term database nurture over quick, transactional wins.
• System-Oriented: You are willing to step away from administrative micromanagement and trust proven team workflows, listing coordination, and transaction systems.
• Richmond Metro Native/Local: You live in or near the Greater Richmond Metro region and know the Central Virginia market.

Schedule & Environment

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid-in the field with clients, operating remotely for flexibility, and in-office for strategy, lead generation, and team masterminds.
• Hours: Client-availability driven (evenings and weekends required for showings and open houses; flexible midweek hours structured around high-value activities).
