Inventory & Logistics Coordinator (OSD Coordinator)

OSD Coordinator Houston, TX 77066 Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented OSD Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX 77066. This position is responsible for investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, shipment exceptions, and operational issues while ensuring accurate inventory records and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve overage, shortage, and damage (OSD) cases. Monitor and manage inbound and outbound exception mailboxes. Process and track SAP transactions related to inventory discrepancies. Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve shipment and inventory issues. Review proof of delivery, shipping documentation, and inventory records. Process and monitor inbound and outbound OSD activities. Manage courier shipments and Air Waybill (AWB) processing. Submit and track IT tickets for operational system issues. Maintain detailed records of investigations and resolutions. Support inventory accuracy initiatives and operational reporting. Provide backup support across multiple functions. Qualifications Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations. Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Experience with inventory reconciliation processes. Knowledge of transportation, freight forwarding, and warehouse operations. Experience handling customer-facing operational issues and escalations. Oil & Gas or industrial operations experience is a plus.
