Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture, design, modernization, and implementation of enterprise-scale collaboration and business solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure .
This individual will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define scalable architecture, establish governance, and drive digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-level SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Define and implement SharePoint modernization strategies, including migration from legacy/on-premises environments to SharePoint Online .
- Design and implement Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Architect and govern solutions using the Power Platform , including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Power Pages
- Dataverse
- Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure .
- Develop enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, security models, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities.
- Define integration architecture between SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise applications.
- Establish governance, security, compliance, and data management strategies across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to development and engineering teams.
- Lead solution assessments, architecture reviews, and technology roadmaps.
- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in enterprise architecture.
- Strong hands-on and architectural expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 .
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio solutions.
- Strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform :
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure , including cloud architecture, integration, security, and application services.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph APIs, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, governance, compliance, and identity management .
- Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, and enterprise authentication.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and cloud deployment practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SharePoint migration and modernization initiatives.
- Experience implementing AI and Generative AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services.
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio , Power Platform governance, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or SharePoint .
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
