Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in technical business analysis and systems requirements engineering.
- Proficiency in ERP, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management enterprise software.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, user story writing, and testable acceptance criteria.
- Experience in business process modeling (BPMN), gap analysis, and target operating model design.
- Experience with SOX compliance controls, regulatory IT environments, and full SDLC implementations.
- Experience in leading discovery workshops and requirements gathering with C-suite stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis and business process modeling to optimize ERP, procurement, and inventory workflows.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and process improvement sessions with executive and senior stakeholders.
- Manage and refine product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners inside Agile/Scrum delivery cycles.
- Partner with technology teams to evaluate existing system architectures and recommend scalability enhancements.
- Verify that software deliverables comply with organizational security, IT compliance, and SOX requirements.
- Support effort estimations, project roadmap planning, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
