A courier and warehousing company with more than 30 years in business is looking for a professional, customer-focused Dispatcher to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging, dynamic environment and enjoys being at the center of fast-paced operations.

What You'll Do

• Track orders to ensure delivery times and service standards are met
• Build rapport with customers and drivers, serving as the lead liaison for the fleet
• Apply critical thinking to maintain efficiency and accuracy in daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction
• Offer insight and feedback to ensure expectations are consistently met

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• 2 years of prior customer service experience
• Positive attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good working knowledge of the Richmond area

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior dispatch experience
