Organizing and monitoring workflow to ensure all efficiency and quality goals have been met.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, motivate, and develop production employees to meet operational and quality objectivesPlan, schedule, and assign work to meet production goals and delivery commitmentsMonitor production performance, analyze data, and report operational resultsEnforce quality standards and ensure compliance with company proceduresMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentRecruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees, including performance management and corrective action when necessaryIdentify and resolve production issues, personnel concerns, and process inefficienciesReview and correct manufacturing routers, bills of material, and assembly drawings as neededDrive cost improvement initiatives and continuous process improvementsCollaborate closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and other departments to support company objectivesOther duties can be assigned as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Operations, Management, or a related fieldPrior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to lead and motivate teams of up to 30 employeesStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skillsKnowledge of manufacturing concepts and production workflowsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamWillingness to work additional hours, including SaturdaysPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsSplit time between manufacturing floor and office environmentRegular use of hands, tools, and equipment; occasional standing, walking, stooping, crouching, or kneelingAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionallyOccasional travel, including international travel (approximately 10–15%)Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
