California Licensed Revenue Cycle Director

To provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Care Network vendor partnership, the full-time California Licensed Revenue Cycle Director will manage contract compliance, optimize performance, and drive revenue cycle strategy in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee vendor management and operational leadership to maximize revenue and cash collections Partner with senior leaders to implement best practices and enhance financial performance across the Care Network Conduct revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking to ensure optimal performance outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management 8 years of leadership experience within the healthcare industry Detailed knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes Experience in conducting revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking
