Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused personality. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or event experience is a plus but not required.
