Almega Management is expanding in Columbus, OH and is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Event Marketing and Sales Assistants . This full-time, in-person position offers hands-on experience in event marketing, sales, promotions, customer service, brand representation, and customer engagement.

No previous marketing or sales experience is required. New team members receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and team support while learning our client campaigns, event strategies, customer engagement process, and promotional services.

As an Event Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will work directly with customers at local events and promotional locations throughout the Columbus area. You will help represent client brands, introduce products and services, answer customer questions, support promotional campaigns, and create a positive customer experience.

Entry Level Event Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities

• Engage with customers directly at local business events and promotional locations
• Represent client brands, products, and services professionally
• Introduce customers to current products, services, promotions, and campaign offers
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate options
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and service information clearly
• Assist customers throughout the enrollment or purchasing process
