Certified Wound Care Clinician/Nurse

Gentell is one of the largest vertically integrated wound care companies in the world. We are looking for a licensed nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist or LPN to support long‑term care facilities in the greater Kearney area (Omaha/Lincoln/Kearney/Grand Island). The role requires daily travel to multiple cities, occasional overnight stays, and early‑morning wound rounds. Periodic corporate training may involve travel. Employees receive travel arrangement and incidentals through our travel management system. We are committed to the health and safety of our employees and require self‑monitoring for COVID‑19, use of PPE and adherence to CDC/CMS guidelines. Responsibilities Assist long‑term care facilities in a designated territory with wound assessments and treatment decisions. Monitor proper application and utilization of wound care products. Apply understanding of Medicare documentation and reimbursement guidelines. Educate facility staff on documentation that meets federal and state requirements. Order wound care products through our internal system “FastCare” for residents. Support facilities’ wound care programs by assisting with tracking, documentation, and interpretation of wound care product coverage guidelines. Requirements Valid healthcare license (RN, LPN, PT, OTR‑L, DPM or similar); will be certified within first year of hire if not already. Exemplary customer service skills. Business savvy and sales‑minded. Self‑starter who works independently. Hard‑working, motivated, organized and detail‑oriented.
