$18 - $22 hourly

As an Auto Glass Technician Trainee , you’ll work alongside experienced technicians while learning the skills and procedures required for professional auto glass repair and replacement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Learn professional windshield repair, rock chip repair, and crack repair techniques

• Assist with windshield replacement and auto glass installation

• Learn ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) camera recalibration procedures

• Inspect vehicle glass and learn to identify appropriate repair or replacement solutions

• Educate customers about windshield repair versus replacement

• Learn to recommend additional vehicle care services, including:

  • Window tint installation

  • Hail damage repair

  • Headlight restoration

  • Mobile auto glass services

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Assist with appointment scheduling and daily shop operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional work environment

• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, customer-focused, and eager to learn a skilled trade.

• Previous experience in automotive repair, maintenance, or hands-on work is a plus, but not required

• Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to consistently follow safety procedures and quality standards

• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics or auto glass repair is beneficial, but not required

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
