Salary $80,000 - $150,000 per year A Bit About Us We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to lead and expand sales operations within the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with specific experience in overhead door, dock and door, and regional sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a drive for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. To be considered for this role, the Regional Sales Manager is required to have experience in either commercial overhead or garage doors, or in security systems, such as fire alarms or electronic security installations. This position has incentives based on sales goals, as well as a discretionary bonus! The compensation range above does not include bonuses. The ideal candidate will be able to travel to any of their main branches Cleveland, OH, Syracuse, NY, West Springfield, MA or New Bedford, MA. They will only be in the office onetime a month and out on the road the rest of the time. Why join us?

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing department to ensure the brand is properly and creatively represented in the region. Report on regional sales results and forecast future sales. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven work experience of 5+ years as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the overhead door, dock and door, and regional sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team. Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement. Ability to travel as necessary. Excellent customer service skills with a knack for building strong long-lasting relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
