We are seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to join our team. This role combines recruiting, team management, field supervision, and administrative coordination. Staffing primarily for 24/7 Mitigation Restoration companies. Key responsibilities include recruiting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding day labor workers; scheduling and managing multiple teams across job sites; supervising crews performing demolition, cleaning, and general labor; conducting field recruiting beyond the office; providing on-site training and supervision when needed; ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule; serving as the main point of contact between workers and clients; tracking attendance, performance, and productivity. Administrative and onboarding duties include facilitating onboarding for new hires, handling paperwork and orientation, maintaining candidate data using Microsoft Office and recruiting systems, and creating reports and communicating updates.

Requirements include bilingual (English/Spanish) required, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple teams, experience in recruiting or staffing preferred, experience in construction/demo/cleaning preferred, familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools, Microsoft Office proficiency, willingness to travel, reliable transportation, high school diploma or GED.

Compensation is $60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year. With large caster wheels it will not damage the floor during setup and relocation, and it can dry up to 50 banker-boxes worth of documents at a time. Insight Restoration can also offer many specialty services, such as: content cleaning, sewer backup, formaldehyde, hoarder, eviction and foreclosure clean-ups, as well as building climate control.
