Our team is responsible for driving multiple program production planning, demand and supply planning, and ensuring seamless collaboration with multiple functions to meet business objectives.What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Planner Sr (Level 3) you will be responsible for orchestrating end‑to‑end production plans that keep our advanced programs on schedule. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for multiple programs.Perform demand‑and‑supply analysis to anticipate material needs and mitigate bottlenecks.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations to align resources with program milestones.Identify and resolve planning variances through data‑driven root‑cause analysis.Communicate status updates and risk assessments to senior leadership and stakeholders. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start. Generally has 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline. Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or related discipline.Strong experience in a Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) based operating system.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, internal and external customers.Proficient in MS Office- Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus (MFC Greenbelt certified or equivalent)Must be a U.S citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearanceDesired skills are additional skills that are nice to have and help narrow down a qualified candidate pool.
