Starwood Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Payroll & Benefits team. Reporting to the Executive Director of Payroll & Benefits, you will ensure the accurate, efficient, and compliant administration of U.S. benefit programs across multiple states. You will partner with Payroll, People Operations, hotel teams, carriers, brokers, and external partners to manage enrollments, invoicing, ACA tracking, Form 1095-C reporting, and data integrity, while delivering #J-18808-Ljbffr Net Impact
