Restorative Nurse Aide

Lutheran Services Carolinas (LSC) is hiring a Restorative Nurse Aide to join our team at Trinity Oaks Health and Rehabilitation. This role is ideal for an experienced CNA who is passionate about helping residents maintain independence, improve mobility, and achieve the highest possible level of well-being.

Working under the direction of a licensed nurse, you'll provide restorative care that supports residents physically, emotionally, and mentally making a meaningful difference every day.

What You'll Do

• Provide restorative nursing care based on each resident's individualized care plan
• Assist residents with mobility, strength, and self-care activities
• Support therapy programs in collaboration with physical, occupational, and speech teams
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Document care and progress in the medical record
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and families

What We're Looking For

• Active CNA certification (North Carolina)
• 4+ years of long-term care CNA experience preferred
• Experience with restorative care or rehabilitation support a plus
• Strong communication and compassion for senior residents
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay & Benefits

• $18.00/hour base pay
• Additional $2.00/hour for teammates who opt out of benefits
