Neurology Territory Business Manager (Overlay), Sarasota

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Neurology Franchise in the Sarasota area to support product launches and drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers. The role combines territory planning, customer engagement, and sales execution within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Develop territory plans and local market strategy aligned with launch priorities
Engage and communicate regularly with assigned healthcare professionals and affiliated staff
Collaborate with local and regional colleagues to align customer strategy and coordinate activities
Meet and exceed sales and launch objectives within assigned geography
Utilize market tools and submit account plans and activity data via CRM

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
Neurology sales background strongly preferred
Proven track record of high sales performance and product launch experience
Market access knowledge, particularly specialty pharmacy and buy & bill models
Ability to develop and execute sales strategy with cross-functional alignment
Must reside in Sarasota, Naples, or Bradenton, FL area

Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
