Bilingual Patron Services Coordinator (On-Site)

Patron Services Office Assistant Pay Rate: $19/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: On-site Position Summary The Patron Services Office Assistant performs clerical duties and provides administrative and customer service support to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all patrons and visitors. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate, service-oriented approach. Duties and Responsibilities Perform general clerical and administrative tasks, including filing and record maintenance Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate team members Greet and assist families and visitors entering the office, providing information and guidance as needed Research patron files and records to support service needs Maintain a friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor at all times Escort visitors and assist as needed Assist passengers entering and exiting limousines, with special care and patience for elderly and handicapped individuals Perform other duties as assigned #nowhiring High School Diploma or equivalent. • Bilingual skills in English/Spanish. #J-18808-Ljbffr Select Staffing
