Shift Manager

Wendy’s is seeking Managers to manage daily restaurant operations of a successful, high‑volume Wendy’s restaurant. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience in high‑volume, fast‑food/quick‑casual concepts, works with a sense of urgency and an entrepreneurial mindset, leads a team by example, is ambitious to continue developing in management and is guest‑service focused. Qualifications Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver’s license in good standing & access to private transportation. Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving and drug screening. High school diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, results‑oriented and customer service focused. Responsibilities Under the direction of a District Manager and General Manager, responsible for the restaurant’s daily operations, including, but not limited to: Creating and managing staff schedules. Interviewing, hiring, training and writing up staff. Overseeing coaching, counseling and development of staff and managing team relations. Ensuring proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management. Maintaining health and safety inspections and standards.
