You'll manage every aspect of the customer lottery ticket order experience, ensuring accuracy and efficiency with each order and redemption. Your role will shape the future of this rapidly growing industry as you keep systems running seamlessly to positively impact the team's success while enhancing the lottery experience for our customers.What You'll Do As An Operations AssociateManage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at our local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.Keep our systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information.Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines.Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly.Step in to support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team's overall success.What You'll BringFlexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays with a proven track record of reliable attendance.Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently.Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills.Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-moving fulfillment setting.The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $19.00, plus benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
