This position will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for a variety of roles across multiple business units, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the company's growth objectives. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. \* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach. \* Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. \* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop accurate job descriptions, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. \* Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively to manage candidate data, track progress, and generate reports. \* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process. \* Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process. \* Participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives, such as employer branding, process improvement, and diversity and inclusion efforts. \* Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. \* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Job Qualifications\*\* \* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \* 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within construction, engineering, or a related industrial sector. \* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for a diverse range of roles. \* Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. \* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required; experience with UKG is a plus. \* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. \* Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. \* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
