Salary $60-$80K Job Overview Are you an experienced Healthcare Benefits Project Manager who understands TPA operations, including claims administration, eligibility, vendor integrations, and healthcare benefit plans? Hiring immediately! If that describes you, we need to talk. What a typical day looks like Oversee client implementations, operational initiatives, and cross‑functional projects to ensure successful delivery of TPA services. Coordinate across internal teams (claims, eligibility, IT, client services) to ensure readiness. Oversee vendor integrations of networks, telehealth, etc. Work closely with claims and eligibility teams to ensure proper setup and administration. Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation and major initiatives. Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401K Requirements Knowledge of TPA operations, claims processing, eligibility, vendors, etc. Experience with claims administration, eligibility, or account management. Familiarity with benefit plans such as medical, ancillary, or self‑funded. Experience working with PBM’s provider networks or third‑party vendors.
