The work

The SAP ABAP Developer Lead is responsible for leading complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
• Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
• Conduct the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
• Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

Here's what you need:

• 8 + years SAP ECC and S/4HANA development experience
• Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation
• Expert-level proficiency with ABAP, OO ABAP, SAP UI5, and CDS development
• Experience with SAP Clean Core approach

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $126,300-$243,100 USD
