Fulfills appropriate level of services for new members served as outlined in the essential functions. Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, and must have a valid QMHP Certification through MHACBO.
