About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to spearhead the strategic vision, development, and execution of AI and ML initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the company's AI and ML strategy with business goals, leading the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, and driving innovation through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and automation technologies. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions at scale, strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and big data technologies, and excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Applicants for the Vice President of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning position at the company should hold a Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field and have at least 10 years of experience in AI/ML, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Key responsibilities include developing a three-year strategic AI roadmap, overseeing the architecture of scalable machine learning systems, ensuring ethical AI practices, and managing budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate will also have experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices, be up to date on current AI trends, and possess strong business acumen.
