Position Summary: Reporting to the Chair of Biomedical Sciences, the Pharmacology Faculty member will be a key contributor to case-based, collaborative content development, delivery, and assessment across the pharmacology continuum of the Valley COM curriculum. What You'll Do: Uphold the school's mission through mission-driven teaching Contribute to departmental leadership and advisory work Develop and deliver pharmacology curriculum content Evaluate and assess student performance Support students and provide mentorship Collaborate with interdisciplinary faculty Contribute to research and innovation Support accreditation, quality, and compliance standards Participate in strategic planning and development Workload: 60% Teaching | 20% Service | 20% Research/Scholarship Qualifications: PhD in Pharmacology or clinical pharmacy, or other terminal degree and experience relevant to the department Demonstrated experience in education at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher Demonstrated experience developing and delivering pharmacology/biomedical sciences curriculum; experience at a COM preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr The Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine
