Program Assistant Vi (Strategic Planner)Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is looking for a Program Assistant VI (Strategic Planner) for our government client in Washington, District of Columbia.Description Of Responsibilities:Initiate and update records for Generalist, Specialist and Limited Non-Career candidates related to employment and provide guidance to candidates on ranking, deferment, veteran points and language rules and regulations.Will respond to email and telephone inquiries from candidates regarding ranking, deferment, language points, veteran points, medical/security clearance and suitability questions.Prepare memos and scanning of employment documents to Payroll and Initiate new hires into the travel database, initiate new hire personnel actions (form SF-50) and prepare and forward form SF-75 request for personal data information on transferring employees from other federal agencies.Liaise with Records Management for retrieving and retiring hired and closed candidate files and liaise with Diplomatic Security (DS) representatives for processing of candidates who pass the oral assessment.Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.Required Degree/Education/Certification:High School DiplomaRequired Skills And Experience:Six (6) years of experienceBering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is a fast-growing government service provider.
