Responsible for platform reliability, availability, automation, monitoring, incident management, and service improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Administer and support IBM MQ and Solace environments (Prod/UAT/DR). Manage Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Clusters, Topics, VPNs, and Event Mesh. Perform troubleshooting, RCA, capacity planning, patching, upgrades, and DR testing. Drive SRE practices including SLO/SLI monitoring, automation, and operational excellence. Support major incidents, problem management, and 24x7 production operations. Develop automation scripts and improve platform observability. Required Skills IBM MQ: Queue Managers, Clustering, Pub/Sub, SSL/TLS, HA/DR, MQ Appliance. Solace PubSub+: Message VPNs, Topics, Queues, Event Mesh, HA/DR, JMS/AMQP/MQTT. Monitoring: Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace/AppDynamics, ELK. Scripting: Python, Shell, Ansible. Platforms: Linux/Unix, Kubernetes/OpenShift (preferred). Strong experience in Production Support, Incident Management, and Problem Management. Preferred Financial Services domain experience. Exposure to Kafka, DataPower, Apigee, API Management, and Event-Driven Architectures. Knowledge of ITIL and SRE best practices.
