This is a contract role. This team is designed to flex with business needs, stepping into a variety of client environments to support new account launches, provide coverage during peak hiring periods, and drive results across existing teams and projects. While assignments may vary, team members are expected to engage at a high level and contribute across a diverse range of roles, industries, and recruiting challenges. Key Responsibilities Provide full life-cycle recruitment (or any part of the process) on assigned engagements with a commitment to delivering a positive client and candidate experience Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and ensure specific deliverables are met Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to identify candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements Screen candidates against specified criteria Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process Process Management & Sourcing Follow agreed upon recruitment process for successful delivery Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process Candidate Relationship Management Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition Work on a range of roles across various industries, functions and locations Required Skills Minimum of 5 years full cycle recruitment experience 3+ years of experience utilizing applicant tracking systems 2+ years of client facing experience interacting with hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process Experience developing and executing multi-channel sourcing methodologies to include but not limited to market mapping, grass roots efforts and Boolean searches Conducting and documenting screening process including: resume pre-screening, interviewing, short listing and designing questions/scripts for screening processes Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Client centric with a focus on driving results Self-starter with strong time management skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications Conducting competency/behavioral based interviews a plus High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Korn Ferry may use AI as part of its recruitment process, but all hiring decisions are made by humans.
