Fractional Senior Recruiter

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your extensive recruiting expertise to identify, attract, and secure top talent across various industries and roles. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, from entry-level to executive positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo Conduct thorough interviewing and assessment of candidates to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth Manage talent pipelines through proactive research, cold calling, and lead generation activities to build a robust candidate network Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to secure mutually beneficial agreements Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide strategic talent management advice, and support succession planning efforts Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems like SAP or Kronos, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal policies Requirements Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or internal recruiting with a focus on talent acquisition strategies Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday; experience with HRIS systems like ADP or PeopleSoft is preferred Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices across different regions Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated expertise in social media management for recruitment purposes and relationship management with diverse candidate pools Experience with training & development programs and employee orientation processes to support onboarding success A proactive mindset with the ability to research market trends and leverage insights for strategic hiring initiatives Compensation & Work Arrangement Pay: $85.00 - $105.00 per hour Job Type: Contract Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fort Worth, TX 76109 Benefits Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Relocation assistance Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Gofractional
