Role Description The Physician Recruiter is a full‑time hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with a mix of in‑office and work‑from‑home responsibilities. This role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting physicians and advanced practice providers for locum tenens assignments across various healthcare settings. Day‑to‑day tasks include: Managing job postings. Proactively searching for candidates. Conducting initial interviews. Presenting qualified candidates to clients. Maintaining ongoing communication with providers. Negotiating assignment details. Supporting providers through credentialing and onboarding. Building strong relationships with healthcare facilities. Providing responsive customer service. Tracking recruitment activities in CRM or ATS systems. Meeting individual and team performance goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess healthcare staffing and recruiting skills, with experience or strong interest in physician or clinical recruitment. Candidates should possess hiring and selection skills, including interviewing, assessing candidate fit, and coordinating offer and onboarding processes. Candidates should possess customer service and relationship‑management skills to support both clients and providers professionally and promptly. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, healthcare administration, human resources, or a related field. Beneficial qualifications include experience in sales or account management, familiarity with ATS/CRM systems, and knowledge of healthcare industry terminology and compliance requirements.
