Bilingual Manufacturing / Industrial Recruiter Fort Worth Area Pay: $21.00 – $24.00/hr DOE Schedule Options: Tuesday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Are you a people person with a passion for recruiting and connecting top talent with great opportunities? Our growing team is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and professional recruiter who knows the manufacturing and industrial world and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. If you are bilingual, organized, a natural leader, and ready to make an impact — we want to meet you! What You’ll Do: Recruit and source candidates for manufacturing and industrial positions Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications Build strong relationships with clients and employees Manage onboarding and hiring processes Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS tracking Help create a positive and motivated team environment What We’re Looking For: Previous recruiting experience (required) Experience recruiting for manufacturing/industrial clients (required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) (required) Strong communication and leadership skills Responsible, dependable, and self‑motivated ATS experience preferred (Tracker knowledge is a plus) Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment Why Join Us?
