This position will support the procurement of material and equipment for various programs.

The Proecurement Specialist will work with engineers, program managers, and suppliers to ensure delivery requirements are being met and will be an integral team member supporting various programs. Execute the procurement of material and equipment including price, availability, and delivery schedule. Provide timely response to requests for material. Develop and provide accurate material shortage and progress metric reports. Manage supplier relationships and performance issues related to on time delivery and quality. Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic purchasing records and data documenting performance and compliance. 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
