Interventional Radiology RN Needed 4x10hr shifts 0730-1800 weekdays, on call every 5th weekend. NO CB MIN Start Date: Orientation occurs every other week on Thursdays Orientation Schedule: First 2 Days will be in a class setting, then report to unit and orient there Shift: 4x10hrs 0730-1600 weekdays Patient Ratio/Population: Adults & Geriatrics - Staffing ratios are 1:1 Experience Required: 2 years minimum RN First-Time Travelers Allowed?: Yes - but must have Interventional Radiology experience Weekend REQ: on call every 5th weekend - NO CB MIN Call Requirement: on call rotation - discuss with manager during interview Traveler could be floated to CAMC General Lab CDL Will not accommodate blocked schedules 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval) Can submit with pending license but must have WV RDCS - Adult license active to start assignment RTO Restrictions: None, must be included on profile at the time of submittal Guaranteed Hours: 40 Certifications Required: BLS; ACLS Special Procedures/Unit Details: Angiogram, Fistulogram, Permacath, EVAR, TCAR, TAVR, MitraClip, Mechanical Thrombectomy, Embolization Patient Diagnoses: CKD, CAD, PAD, PVD,CAD, Stenosis, AAA, Stroke, Aneurysm Submission Requirements: Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF.
