Responsibilities Develop prospects and sell Shelter products as the primary focus of your agency. Drive your own sales growth and achieve sales targets. Assess opportunities to bring on staff to manage general administrative duties and support sales activities. Maintain a true business owner mindset and manage financial responsibilities such as advertising contracts, telephone bills, and utilities. Qualifications Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong communication skills in a sales environment. Prior sales experience helpful; a degree with general business courses is advantageous. No previous insurance experience required. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
