Position Requirements The Moe's Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Interact with customers in a pleasant and up‑beat fashion Be punctual, attentive to detail, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, and honest Maintain a neat and clean appearance Follow food safety procedures Maintain a safe working condition Anticipate and identify problems and help find solutions Follow the direction of the Shift Supervisor and/or Moe's manager The ideal Moe’s Team Member maintains a professional appearance while providing high‑quality customer service and thrives in a team setting. Location Moe's Mount Juliet Employment Type Full‑Time and/or Part‑Time Pay $10 to $15 per hour with tips ranging from $2 to $4 more per hour. Pay includes tips, shift meal, and delivery fees.
