Social Media Marketing Intern

Title: Social Media (Content Creation) Intern Company: Smith EMS Type: Part-time internship, $18 to $20/hour, 10 to 20 hours per week Smith EMS provides licensed EMT and athletic trainer coverage for high school and youth sports across Minnesota and surrounding states. We staff 75+ athletic programs, have covered 8,000+ games, and run a W-2 team of sport-aware, response-ready medics who always show up. Now we want content that captures it. We are looking for a Social Media Content Intern to own our social presence and serve as the public face of the Smith EMS brand. This is a hands‑on creator role: you shoot mobile‑first content at live games (on your phone and our DJI Osmo Pocket 3), edit it yourself, and post it. You will be on camera, interact with fans and strangers at events, and own trendy, fast‑turnaround reels from start to finish, while our in‑house videographer focuses on higher‑production work. This role is a great fit for a bubbly, social person who lights up in front of a camera. College students and recent grads are both welcome to apply. Responsibilities Represent Smith EMS on camera as a face of the brand Capture and edit mobile-first short-form video at games and events Own Instagram and LinkedIn as primary channels; grow Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok Write captions, schedule content, and track what performs Partner with our videographer on planning and clean content handoffs Qualifications Outgoing, social personality who is comfortable on camera and meeting new people Demonstrated skill in short‑form video and social trends Proficient shooting and editing on mobile Portfolio, reel, or client proof (preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Dependable and able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Smith EMS
