Quality Engineer

Job Description:

• The candidate required for the Rochester Hills plant should be primarily a PPAP QE with knowledge on tooling transfer and program management.

Requirements:
Hands on PPAP activities like:

• PF, PFMEA & CP - Audit and creation of documents.
• MSA - Able to perform gage R&R studies.
• GD&T and Dimensional measurements - able to interpret GD&T drawings and perform actual measurements on plastic parts.
• Initial process studies - Able to collect data and perform SPC studies.
• Run @ Rate - Able to perform and complete run @ rate reports.
• Problem solving - Able to do root cause analysis and define corrective actions for potential quality issues.
