Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with clients who are dealing with both mental health challenges and substance use disorders, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• A current and valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license is mandatory in the state of Washington.
