Licensed Barbers & Stylists: All Levels Welcome Whether you're fresh in the game or an industry OG, we provide the training to help you maximize your production. Average earnings: $30–$35/hr with tips and bonuses, or more! Environment: 100% chemical-free and team-oriented. Pay Model: High-reward production pay plus great benefits. Requirements: Active license. Full-time status. Weekend work required. Incentives: Frequent performance bonuses and steady walk-ins. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:
- Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)

- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
