Job Requirements As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities May Include Ensuring the restaurant is fully staffed at all times. Maintaining operational excellence for efficiency and effectiveness. Adhering to all laws, regulations, and guidelines. Creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons and employees. Work Experience Minimum of two years in restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience; additional leadership experience preferred. Food Handlers Card required. Excellent communication skills. Problem-solving ability. Strong business acumen, including understanding financial statements. Availability for day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation. Benefits 50-hour work week. Medical insurance. One week of vacation accrual after one year of service. Free meals during shifts. Opportunities for career growth. Pay Range Minimum: $18.00 Maximum: $20.00 Additional Information This position is with an independent franchisee responsible for employment decisions.
