Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret the results, and modify the individualized treatment plan accordingly. Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families. Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff. BCBAs receive support from their Clinical Manager, including administrative assistance, scheduling help, and general support with the caseload. Required Experience and Education Certified as a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Minimum of 1 year working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs. Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions. Proficient in Office365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms. Physical ability to meet rigorous demands of the job, including standing, sitting, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs., crouching, crawling, and spending long periods on the floor.
