Job Information Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Trenton, NJ 08619 Date Posted: 07/01/2026 Category: Center Based Education: Master’s Degree Position Description Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a Center‑based BCBA to design client programming that is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity. The BCBA will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8–10 clients. Responsibilities include reviewing data collected in sessions, interpreting results, and modifying individualized treatment plans. The BCBA will observe and conduct team meetings with staff and families, consult on treatment concerns, and receive administrative support from the Clinical Manager. Required Experience and Education Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst certification, verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions Proficiency in technology (Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ABA software platforms) Physical ability to stand, sit, push/pull equipment, lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion, and spend significant time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor About Us Kaleidoscope ABA has been in business for over 20 years and operates 35 locations across the country.
