Job OverviewManage development, deployment, maintenance, analysis, technical strategy, and all otherwise associated production related matters involving Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud.Analyze, design, code, implement, and document systems, of a highly technical nature, which are required to support various MBUSA business partners.Job Deliverables/Responsibilities• Manage or otherwise facilitate the design, assembly, and secure distribution of large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements. Coordinate and manage the solution design, production, and maintenance of database architecture necessary to facilitate secure data flow into and out of Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud. Manage the design, production, and maintenance of automation processes necessary to facilitate secure data flow into and out of Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud.• Develop and implement technical solutions which simultaneously advance enterprise level goals, cohesively work within various IT and/or Marketing team’s existing infrastructures/ecosystems, and efficiently solve business problems. Perform all processes necessary to transform business requirements into a technical architecture required for a solution. Basic responsibilities include functional analysis, requirements gathering, documentation and blueprinting, coordination with both technical and non-technical teams to produce a solution.• Maintain and support Java-based microservices deployed on AWS, including API enhancements and troubleshooting.• Provide day-to-day support to business partners and team members. Work with Support Center, Infrastructure & Operations, Dealership personnel, and others to isolate and resolve technical problems.• Analyze and review existing solutions. Make proactive recommendations for improving performance and usability. Establish initiatives, through design, implementation, maintenance and improvement of technical systems, which advance business goals related to customer relationship management.• Function as Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud Administrator and oversee related responsibilities thereof – Admin for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.• Provide business partners with technical options in technologies, which will solve business goals. Support team members via communicating direction for resolving highly technical issues. – Monthly.• Support adherence to internal security standards and compliance requirements by applying approved security practices, participating in audits and reviews, assessing findings, and implementing required remediation actions to maintain secure and compliant Salesforce solutions.QualifikationenQualifications Education:Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) with emphasis in:Computer/Information ScienceInformation Technology - Management Information System (MIS)Licenses / Certifications:Preference given for Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud certifications – Minimum Developer 1 – Certified App builder – Certified platform builder 1 is basic, 2 is good Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must have 5 -7+ years of experience in the following:• Experience with an object oriented program language – REQUIRED• Experience in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Validation rules, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Actions. - REQUIRED• Hands-on experience in Application development, Workflow Rules, Approval Process, Validation rules & Change Management – REQUIRED• Experience in development on force.com platform using APEX, html, CSS etc. – REQUIRED• Experience in writing SOQL, SOSL Queries within the SFDC database across multiple objects. Ability to analyze with Apex classes, Triggers - REQUIRED• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.• Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.• Interpret and translate metrics into insightful analysis to drive change and performance:• Understanding of Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.• Knowledge about REST/SOAP integration of salesforce with third party application.• Experience delivering projects using Agile based methodology.• Optimization, campaign, and lead management experience with platforms.• Data driven & analytical, good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.Additional Skills/ExperienceKnowledge/Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.Additional Information- Must be able to work flexible hours/work schedule- Must be able to travel domestically when required- Work holidays and weekends when requiredCandidate must be local to Atlanta, GA and comfortable working 4 days in officeEEO StatementMercedes-Benz USA is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that appreciates and leverages the diversity of our team.
