Details Outpatient clinic setting focused on orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric rehabilitation Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 13-week contract length Uses Epic for charting Requirements Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required BLS certification required TX PT license required (pending license accepted); license required if applicable Epic charting experience required Outpatient orthopedic and neurologic treatment experience preferred Skilled in modalities such as E-stim, ultrasound, traction, and moist heat Experience with home exercise programs and patient/family education Additional Information Main responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning for outpatient orthopedic and neurologic patients Utilizes adaptive and assistive devices, gait training, and manual therapy techniques Onboarding includes 2-3 hours of non-billable orientation modules completed onsite First-time travelers will be considered pending interview No travel pairs or groups accepted Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted Former staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler All RTO must be listed at time of submission, with no more than 3 days auto-approved and none during the first week of orientation American Traveler Job ID P-736263.
