We're growing and looking to add a skilled CNC professional to our team.Job SummaryWe are hiring a CNC Lathe Set-Up & Programming Operator. This role requires experience with setting up and programming Mazak CNC lathes. You'll be responsible for turning raw materials into high-quality components that meet tight tolerances and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram and set up Mazak CNC lathes (Mazatrol or G-code)Select tooling and set up fixtures per job specificationsPerform first-article and in-process inspections using precision measuring toolsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelersTroubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs as neededMaintain safety and cleanliness of the work areaOperate multiple machines when requiredQualifications2+ years of CNC lathe set-up and programming experienceMazak/Mazatrol experience strongly preferredAbility to read blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, gaugesAble to lift 20 lbs and stand for full shiftsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment
