Come join us and be a part of our journey.What You Will DoWork on assembly line in production of finished goods and Work in Process (WIP), following Standard Operating Procedures.Perform on-line and off-line inspections and sort goods.Required to maintain productivity at standard line speed.Perform rework, inspections and clean up assignments when not assigned to line.Maintain clean work area.Responsible for meeting daily production requirements when packing or inserting materials.Maintain quality standards by performing visual inspections to ensure finished goods conform to quality standards ensuring finished goods are packaged correctly.Ensure quantities of packaged finished goods are accurate.Consistently contribute to team productivity by performing duties properly and in a timely manner.Responsible and accountable for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Assist in training new workers.Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with plant procedures, rules and regulations.Perform all duties in a safe manner using proper tools and wearing appropriate protective equipment as required.Some duties may slightly vary by location.Experience Qualifications1-3 years Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Skills and AbilitiesMust be able to follow verbal and written instruction. (High proficiency)Ability to perform routine or repetitive work. (High proficiency)
