Role Description The Client Experience & Operations role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Santa Clara, CA. This role focuses on providing attentive, personalized service to clients in the showroom, ensuring a memorable and seamless luxury experience from initial greeting through post‑purchase follow‑up. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include welcoming and engaging clients, understanding their needs, presenting jewelry and timepiece options, and supporting sales associates in delivering high‑quality service. The role also involves coordinating appointments, maintaining store presentation standards, supporting operational tasks such as inventory handling, documentation, and transaction support, and communicating client feedback to help improve processes. Team members collaborate closely with sales and management to uphold brand standards, resolve client concerns, and contribute to a refined and efficient store environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine, professional relationships with diverse clients and team members. Candidates should possess clear, professional communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey product information and recommendations with confidence and tact. Candidates should possess customer service and customer experience skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming environment, managing client expectations, and supporting a luxury‑level showroom experience. Candidates should possess a commitment to customer satisfaction, including problem‑solving abilities, follow‑through on client inquiries, and attention to detail in every interaction. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior retail or hospitality experience, comfort working in a high‑end or luxury setting, and familiarity with jewelry or timepieces. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work on‑site full time, including weekends or holidays as needed.
