Business Execution Consultant

Location: Minneapolis, MN / Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $46/hr to $49/hr

Role Overview

In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution. The role involves reviewing and analyzing business assignments, requiring research and evaluation to select appropriate alternatives for low-to-medium risk deliverables. You will present recommendations and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support testing efforts for SAS and .NET solutions related to Benefits Administration.
• Execute QA and UAT testing activities and document results.
• Analyze test outcomes to identify discrepancies or defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Utilize Jira to track tasks, defects, and progress updates.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives within Business Execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office tools.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. Experience performing QA & UAT testing is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAS and.NET solutions, specifically in a testing support capacity.
• Familiarity with Jira for task and defect tracking.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The pay rate for this position is between $46.00 and $49.00 per hour.
